So, a coupon, no matter what, whether you're spending $50 or whatever and you could use it with free shipping promo.

I told the lady I'm going to start on this Sunday to get the shot but she explained to me how many weeks will have to go by and she gave me the day when I would get the next shot. She also explained to me how to get the puppy's de-wormers and gave me the syringes to put the stuff in their mouths. She gave me the date when I would de-worm my puppies and everything. I had called around here to find out how much it will cost me to put the puppies to get shots, and the dog, and it was cheaper for us to send away for them and for my husband to give it to them. The girl I talked to was very knowledgeable. I was really impressed with their pricing. Her professionalism was very good.

Throughout the years it has been a very rare occasion when we have had to return a product, not due to dissatisfaction but because it may have not been the right fit for us. We have always received excellent customer service during the process of an order or in the case of a return/exchange.

Doctors Foster and Smith has be best selection of pet medicine, toys and other products.  I have been paying over $60 at my Vet for my dogs prescription.  I looked on line and found on site which was $15 less then Drs. Foster and Smith.. the exact same prescription was 50% less than I had been paying.
They send you email updates advising the status of your order (i.e. fax had been sent to the Vet, etc.) and you can even "chat" online.

They do online, in-catalogue and in-telephone. They are fabulous and their quality of the product is unbelievable. They are a little high on price but I get what I pay for. They have an automatic delivery service. They are dependable and they also have a lot of their own toys and furniture. They have items made in America which is extremely important. They have cat trees which last for several years. They are customer friendly and efficient.

I visit Foster and Smith's onsite pet store frequently. The staff is very friendly and attentive. This time I was looing for grooming supplies for my dog and the sales assistant helped me pick out ear wipes and medicated shampoos. They are always focused on providing prompt service and are knowledgable about the products.

There are no pet stores in this area and I have to go down to Rhinelander, Wisconsin. Unfortunately, they are the only pet store around unless you go even farther down into Wausau, Wisconsin, which is about an hour away from where we are. They do not sell pets it is just supplies. We have two dogs, six lizards, one rabbit, two guinea pigs and three hermit crabs. With Foster and Smith, I buy from them online all the time and we can get anything we want from the web site, because their warehouse is right there, so you just go into their outlet place and get what is needed. I am satisfied with their prices, particularly since they are the only ones in town. I do not have any complaints with them.
