January 2013 I purchased a battery, May 2013, the battery was defective and replaced. The battery now will not start the truck. I returned to Courtney Battery and had the battery tested. They tested it and found it to be defective. The test found that the battery would not keep a charge. The employee said the battery was defective. Pam,the office mgr. said that the truck was draining the battery. She said that I should drive the vehicle every day not just around town, The only drain on the battery is a clock and the anti theft system that are factory installed. She refused to okay a replacement. I took the truck to another mechanic. He said that the drain was minimal and would not account for the poor battery performance. I am purchasing a new battery from this station.
