 + -1 moreOur initial contact with Cornerstone was wonderful. They seemed professional and willing to work hard to please us - until we committed to having them do the work. It felt like a bait and switch. They were supposed to work like a general contractor and handle all of the subcontractors but it was impossible to get any response from our contact person. We ended up dealing mostly with the multiple subcontractors ourselves - although the billing still went through Cornerstone. I will never work with them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: Replaced siding, roof, gutters, and vinyl fencing after hail damage.

Description of Work: Over 30 building code violations, over $120.000 worth of workmanship issues, items in contract installed differently, not at all, or replaced with something cheaper. Schiffmann, Rubo, and Cox lie, blame others, and the home is still not finished. Schiffmann brags about ripping off a 77 year old woman.
