He was willing and able to find me a used part rather than new which would have been quite pricey.

We originally took the vehicle to Borel because they are a and quot;preferred providerand quot; through our insurance so it sped up the repair process. I expected the vehicle to be considered and quot;totaledand quot; after the accident but the insurance company didn't think so. It looks great you'd never know it was in an accident. I also expected to have problems with the vehicle after being in such a significant collision, but we haven't had any to date. They did an excellent job repairing it. I've since used them for a smaller job on a different vehicle and was pleasantly surprised when the bill was a couple hundred less than the estimate as it didn't take they as much work as they expected. I would definately use them again in the future.
