Bruce Ramsey came to give me an estimate a couple of days after I called his company; he gave a very moderate estimate and we set the day to do the job that was just a couple of days after the estimate. He and his partner arrived at my house on that day exactly on the scheduled time, did an excellent, thorough, and very timely job - because the next day we had pouring rains for about 24 hours but not a single drop of rain penetrated my fixed roof! On top of that, they ran to a Home Depot store couple of times to get materials; they also cut off an acacia branch that was clinging to the garage roof, and cleaned very neatly after the job was finished - and they never charged me a dollar over the initial estimate. Both workers were very professional, polite and respectful, they explained to me all details of why we had those leaks and what had to be done to repair them. I was also impressed that instead of saying that I need to replace the entire roof and they can do it, they said that the roof would definitely last at least 5 more years. Overall, a wonderful and heartwarming experience!
