I work both for property owners & as a subcontractor for general contractors . Larger jobs require draws to be paid as job progresses . All jobs require full payment within 30 days of billing .

Electrical contracting, standby generators, trenching & light excavating . Electrical projects from new construction to small repairs on all dwellings, out buildings & light commercial settings . Small or odd excavations of up to 6 or 8 foot depths . Demolition work & " not for hire" trucking of 5 to 7 yard loads . Medium & light duty concrete, tree, brush & stump removal . Post hole drilling, deliver gravel (locally) & supply & place random size boulders & limestone blocks for landscaping .

Services we don't offer

Sorry but I do not offer large commercial or industrial wiring .Due to the size of my equipment & no other employees I do not preform large excavating & grading projects, dig to depths beyond 8 feet or haul loads larger than 7 yards (17,500#s) at a time . I do not remove trees that require a tree surgeon . I also do not grind stumps , preform finish landscaping services & prepare or plant grass . I do not provide "for hire" trucking services , meaning hauling un owned freight or as a 3rd party .
