This company arrived late, was to come between 8am-9am. Personal conversations appeared to be more important, as they stood out in the driveway talking; while they should have been working. They were unorganized with which items should have been packed first. Scratched paint on the walls that were freshly painted and made dents in door moldings. They quoted us $680, would not remove any furniture unless we paid $1045 up front. They quoted us this price after they said it would take longer to unload our belongings. They had to stop to get food on the way to moving. They actually were eating on the clock. They also sat on the front step while my husband stayed on the phone talking to their boss about the performance of the men, which turned into a yelling match between them. Over 15 pieces of furniture, antiques, glass and family heirlooms were damaged or destroyed.
