Two Men and a Truck

This company should be called "Two Men and a Truck with Half a Brain Between Them." Horrible experience. First off, the list of items they can move is extremely restrictive - they won't touch anything remotely fragile... basic things you would expect to be handled by a moving service like vases and lamps. We had to beg them to move our (lightweight) houseplants because they have some inane policy on transporting items with dirt. Seems like the list of things they can't transport is longer than what they actually can. Service was lacking. Minimal attempts to protect flooring and carpeting. I even had to pay an extra $20 per roll of carpet protectors despite paying this company a decent chunk of change for a relatively simple local move. When asked if they could wear booties or do anything to protect the carpets and floors, the movers gave me attitude and their useless manager did nothing to alleviate the issue or reach out to me. The movers were generally unprofessional - they couldn't disassemble simple items, they complained/cussed the whole time, and some items (like our couch) ended up dirty because of improper handling and protection of the items. After the move, the company sent us a survey which we rightfully gave low reviews. Despite calling us and asking us more about the service, the company did NOTHING to attempt to make it right. They should've just saved the phone call and kept their stupid traps shut if no action was going to be taken. Avoid this company. They suck and the people they employ reflect this - both managers and movers.

I don't know if want to call myself the most unlucky person in the world I probably I'm. I happen to see these men moving as I was checking my apartment out when I asked them you guys you guys moving in or you moving out they said no we are two men in a truck we move people so they move stuff for me but I haven't  search through that room I had a room that's five size a twelve by ten it's a size of another room I don't know I guess I could I haven't made it into anything all my boxes are sitting there. I don't blame them they were tired I just have a lot of boxes it's just that I have this DVD player just a VHS player with the tapes the bag I think they left it on truck but I haven't search in that room because I am unable to I can't walk on my left foot I ave something wrong with it. They worked pretty hard they moved faster than I've seen other people moved, only because they broke my dresser, they didn't swear they have a shoe covering for their shoes which I thought was good I didn't have to tell, they were fast.

I've had this company before and was very, very pleased with their work.
This time, the "two men" who came to move me were obviously very new and I don't think they were trained enough. Things went fairly well, but I feel it could have been a lot better.

Well, I steeply underestimated the amount of stuff to be moved, and I knew that, so the estimate they gave me was too low. But still, they were actually apologetic about it! Then, they told me they work in shifts, first packing up, then moving out to the truck. They provided boxes and wrapping paper, and wrapped and packaged. Then the move out, and they were quite careful with my stuff. They even took a very delicate boat model, and carried it to my new home on one of the mover's laps. It was a very hot day, yet the two polite men did not falter, and my move was accomplished in about 8 hours, though they did not charge me for their breaks. I was very pleased by their quickness, care with my belongings, and good nature in the face of our heat wave. I would definitely think of using them again.

I called and set up an appointment. They were very pleasant.  The movers showed up, wrapped all my belongings, got the job done in a timely matter.  I was so pleased I even tipped them.

The guys work very hard and didn't take any breaks until the job was done!  Very professional, courteous and hardworking.

I had compared their price with other professionals that I felt were quite good, and Two Men and A Truck was less. Overall, we were satisfied. They were here on time when they said they would be. It went well overall, and it was a good experience.

They were very considerate about our property, the house we were moving from and the house we were moving to. I had no issues with them.

.The workers that came were super. They were the sweetest guys they were very nice.

I had everything packed and they came in and took everything out. They were very careful with everything shrunk wraps everything that needed to be wrapped. They moved a couch from the third floor of the apartment complex. The move took about 2 and half hours and I was very impressed by them. II would definitely use them again.

They were very professional.  We thought the cost for what they did was reasonable.  They were very fast.  We would use them again in the future.

They were extremely professional, extremely skilled.  They were efficient, they were very careful with my belongings and they were helpful.  Nothing was broken during the move.  They were exceptional.

They arrived on time and went straight to work. They were very careful with what they were moving as much of the furniture was very old. They also removed a refrigerator and washer from the basement into the garage for future disposal. This household had not been moved for 56 years and this move went very smoothly due to the cooperation we received from the movers.. Upon arrival at the new home everything was brought in and set in place without delay. We would definitely be a return customer if the need arises.

They had done a good job. A problem I had was a wheel on my desk had been snapped off, so I am not sure if they had known about that. Just to not tell me was slighting irritating. They were really quick though, friendly, and worth the money.
