I really appreciated that he never said any of the jobs were too small. He was willing to do everything I asked. He completed all the work in three and half hours and it was well worth the money to have everything done so nicely. He was very well prepared and easy to work with.
Description of Work: I had a variety of small projects I needed help with. The first was with the molding along the bathroom doorway. It had rotted and needed fixing. I didn't want to crack the tile and Mr. Rivers was able to re-caulk it and get it fixed and I was very happy with that. We also had a chimney repair done to stop a leak and the ceiling had bubbled underneath it and I needed it fixed. Mr. Rivers placed a sheet over the floor and completely covered everything up while he restored the ceiling using sandpaper, and multiple coats of paint. It looks great. It blends right into the ceiling and there's no mess whatsoever. I had also put in a new sink top on my vanity in one bathroom and the measurement wasn't exact so there was a gap between the backsplash and the wall. He took it apart, handled the molding, got it caulked and it looks really nice. Lastly, I had painted some posts on my front porch and chiselled out the caulk that was there, so he re-caulked it and made those look nice. There was also a spot on top of my garage door that he caulked.
