We had a few issues with communications as Rose Pest Solutions called my landline instead of my cell to schedule, reschedule, and update my service arrangements. Since they called my home phone I didn't get the information until after the end of business hours. Other than that, and a minor scheduling issue, they appeared to have performed as advertised. I wasn't home at the time of the treatment, but I haven't observed any wasps using the nest that was behind my siding or creating new nests anywhere else.
