needed one call back to fix the kitchen faucet problem caused by a defective washer in the hotter line

Last week we found water leaking from our water heater at 11:00 am. We called Ray Rasmussen Plumbing and they sent someone over to replace our water heater within 1.5 - 2 hours. We had hot water by dinner time. Prompt, efficient and fair.

Everything was fixed quickly with no further problems. We greatly appreciated the prompt and professional service and the knowledge that was imparted.

Arrived on time, work done fast, cleaned up and everything works like new.

After arriving 45 minutes after the 2 1/2 hour time window I was given, he spent less than 10 minutes to replace a leaky washer. The labor for this job was over $94.00 with a total bill of $102. Unbelievable.

We called Rasmussen Plumbing hoping to find someone available for replacement even though it was a holiday weekend. We were told they would try to get someone but in the end, they were unable to do so. To be fair, we called other area plumbers who were, also, unable to get anyone due to holiday weekend. Monday morning I called to confirm we were on the schedule for that day and was told someone should be here after 1 pm. Their employee showed up at approximately 12:15 pm and in a very professional and quick manner had our water heater replaced and hot water flowing within the hour. Cost was fair for the work that was done. Other than the unfortunate timing of our requested work, Ray Rasmussen Plumbing performed very well.

Our Kenmore hot water heater was leaking so I was going to replace it with another Kenmore product. The Sears team could not schedule a replacement for almost 2 weeks. We could not wait that long so I called Ray Rasmussen based on the reviews listed here. They had someone at our house with a new water heater in 30 minutes. The worker was professional and cleaned up very well when he was done. They were about $150 more then Sears, but the promptness and quality of work was worth the extra money. We would definitely use them again.

My water heater died on Sunday -- my call on Monday was quickly returned and the installer came within minutes. Fast, friendly and efficient.

They were able to work with another company that I had out since the work was very complex and intertwined. They provided very good service. They were very knowledgeable. I would use them again.
