RHI is a Trade Ally of Focus on Energy and all our home owners receive an immediate 33% savings on labor and material costs. In case you did not know, Focus on Energy (FOE) is a program funded through a utility tax (from your utility company - WE Energies). Simply put, FOE will pay for a lot of work as long as you agree to have the job done professionally and with the use of scientific equipment. Understandably, FOE must be able to document how much energy is saved with each home that goes through the program. The science equipment we use identifies the areas where you are losing energy AND quantifies how much energy you are losing. That is where we come in! As an experienced insulation and energy efficiency contractor, we are approved by Focus on Energy to assess your home's energy efficiency needs. We use a rigid process of scientific evaluation, including a blower door depressurization test and scan of your home using a $5,000 thermal imaging camera. Don't pay someone else who will "guess" at what your home needs. Higher a qualified professional like us and make sure you capture the 33%-75% savings. When you hire RHI you get more work done at a higher level of quality and you pay less. It's that simple! We are a small company with low overhead. We have two dedicated employees, Tim and Justin, both born and raised in Racine and Kenosha, that work along side owners Rob Chumbley and Matt Kranich. This means a company owner is ALWAYS on site during the work. You will work with Matt and Rob from start to finish. You will first meet with one of us for a free cost estimate. Rob, Tim and Justin will perform all of the required work. Matt, as a BPI Certified Building Analyst will perform the pre and post home energy assessment.
