They have a variance on price based on what you are putting in. They have done pretty much the whole house.

I ordered carpet for both my upstairs and downstairs, and cleared out my upstairs to have that carpet installed before the carpet downstairs. It turned out that the upstairs carpet was on backorder, but I didn't find that out until I had the entire upstairs cleared out. In a rush I cleared the downstairs so they could install the carpet downstairs. We rescheduled for the upstairs, but it wasn't finished in one day and I had to wait over a weekend for completion.
All in all, the workmanship for the carpets and installation was very good as was my interaction with the owner of the company and the installers, but the communication between appointments was lacking and caused a good amount of inconvenience for me.

Delays in the manufacturing process delayed out installation about two weeks but, I was kept informed the entire time. I personally feel it was out of their control, so no need to get upset with them. The fact that they kept me informed of all of the delays was very useful.
