I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. We were perfectly happy, they did what they said they were going to do.  The people were fine, they were professional, they showed up and did exactly what they said they were going to do.

The provider contacted me almost immediately after I sent a request for service.  They were out at the house within days - within their promised service time - and did the job to perfection.  He even called me back a day or so later to see if I was satisfied and to note that there was raccoon feces on the roof so I should be wary of those critters as well.  They were prompt, courteous, did the proper job as promised and even took a couple of extra steps to make sure I was satisfied.  You can't ask for more.  I'll be using them every year and highly recommend them to others.  Nice work, and thanks!

The workers were there on time  and completed everything in a timely manner. We had them add on on some screens to our gutters for a additional cost which we felt was very fair. They cleaned up after they were done. We would use them again.

Midwest Restoration was very good. They did a really nice job and we were pleased. They were really efficient and took care of everything. They called for our feedback to their company. We had no problems and no complaints. My husband told me that they did a thorough job of cleaning the gutters. I think we will use them again.

They were way behind because of all the rain in June.  I called and they replied they were behind.  Took a couple of weeks for them to come out.  They were here about 15 minutes.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List to have my gutters cleaned. After purchasing the deal, I received a voice mail from Midwest Restoration telling me they would be at my house in 2 days to clean out the gutters. They did not ask if it was a good day or time, just said they would be out there. Unfortunately, I did not get this message until after they had allegedly been by to clean the gutters.
I say allegedly because of how the entire thing happened. On the day they were supposed to be at my home cleaning the gutters, I received another voice mail saying they were on the way to my house. Then, another voice mail indicating they were at my house. Then, another voice mail indicating they were on the roof cleaning the gutters. However, when I got home, they gutters were still dirty and my husband, though home, never heard anyone on the roof, saw any ladders or had anyone ring the doorbell. Additionally, our backyard is fenced in (6-ft high, locked fence) so there is no way anyone could have gotten back there without my husband letting them in.
I, then, received another call asking how the service was. I told the owner (I think) that it did not go well and I didn't believe my gutters had actually been cleaned. He said he would send someone out. He did and they technically cleaned the gutters this time, although they still did not look real great.
Bottom line - I do not recommend this company. It was a bad experience.

The crew was swamped by business from the Angie's List offer, but they informed us of a delay in a timely manner  which we really appreciated!  They got to us as soon as they could and did a great job.   Will definitely use them again!

It took three trips to get the job done properly, and I still had some concerns after they completed the work.  Speaking to the contractor on the phone was always a good experience, but the workers left something to be desired. 

I got home from work and he left a note that he cleaned the gutters and that the back one was clogged but he took care of it. However, both of the gutters at the bottom were not put back on, there was gunk on the back patio from it that was not cleaned and as it turns out, it rained that night and the water was spilling out where the seams of the gutters are at the top. 
I called them back and indicated that water was still overflowing and I received a message back that the downspouts were not part of the service and it was an extra cost. I  guess I didn't read the print, however I did leave a message for them to see how much extra it would be to do that and never received a call back.

Despite a followup call to inquire how the service went, a followup call by me has still not been returned.  I was not there when the gutters were supposedly cleaned.  I do not believe they were cleaned at worse at all or at best thoroughly.  There are now plants growing from the supposedly clean gutters.  That does not seem possible after 6 weeks!  Run do not walk away from them.  Unfortunately my case was not isolated if you read the reviews.

My experience was okay. I believe they did the job on the property I own. It took a little longer than expected to complete it and their communication was kind of a C rating.  Over all, I wasn't satisfied with the communication. The price was good, I guess I can't review on how nice of a job he did. The reason for professionalism as C is because they didn't even answer their phone with company name, they didn't reply to their e-mails so it didn't seem really professional.

I signed up for an Angies List deal of gutter cleaning for $99. Twice they did not show up at the time promised. It took three calls to get them to perform the work. So it was more than 2 weeks from the initial contact to when the work was done. Too much hassle for a simple gutter cleaning.

They cleaned our gutters and rooftop- they were professional and clean. They told me about a few concerns they found with the roof and gutters as well so we could take care of them. I would definitely recommend them.

I had to call when work was not done as scheduled.  I was first told that the work had been done days earlier.  When I received a call back I was told they would be out that day to look over the gutters..  The workmen were there that afternoon and said the gutters were very dirty which means no one had been out to clean them earlier.
I was also not happy with the mess left on my patio.  Previous company that cleaned my gutters left the area below clean.

We did have to wait almost 3 weeks for them to get here, but it rained hard every day. they did show up the day they scheduled took very little time ( about a half hour) and even hosed out the worst parts. gave us an evaluation of the condition of the roof, gutters, and heating coils, without any pressure to have them do the work they recommended (correct slant of one gutter, get rid of coils). great deal for Angie's coupon!

The weather didn't cooperate with them.  They ran their special and the rain disrupted their plans on timing of the service...hardly something they could control.  But, they sent out an email to notify the many customers that took advantage of their special about the change in plans.  I thought that was professional of them.  I wasn't home when they came by to do the work, but they called me to let me know they were there and they called again when they were finished.  All in all, a great service, which I badly needed help with.

I purchased this Angie's List deal to have my gutters cleaned. An hour after I left I checked the gutters that I can see from the porch. They appeared not at all cleaned out and had two inches of standing water in them. These are just the porch gutters I can see, not the other roof gutters which require a very tall ladder to get to (which is why I wanted to pay someone to do this job in the first place). So now I'm left wondering, based on the fact that the gutters which are in plain view were left clogged with standing water, did they even do anything to the ones I can't see? 
The deal was to clean gutters, quite frankly I'm baffled as to the service they provided for the $90. They called ahead of time, showed up when they said they would, were amiable to speak with, but the gutters are full of junk. If this page allowed to upload photos I would have uploaded the pictures I took after they left. This is the first of these Angie's List deals I've purchased and I don't foresee doing it again. I feel like I just donated $90 in exchange for a brief handshake conversation.

Matt, the owner came over on a Sunday and gave me a very fair price. I decided to use him considering i had been looking for a while and the time and price were right.He walked me through the whole process from start to finish and explained the reasoning of why they needed to do the things they did. Considering i have no knowledge in the roofing field, it was very satisfying and comforting . They replaced the roof and fixed the gutter due to the fact it was basically falling off. They did a great job with the clean up and were very polite.
