Mike came out to clean out our chimney for the year. Very responsive. Came early in the morning to work around my work schedule. Quick and thorough. I'll use him again.

Midwest Chimney had been out to my house before and did an inspection on the outside of my chimney. They were very professional and courteous. So, when it came time for a chimney cleaning, they were the company I called.
I want to preface by saying that I can not remember the exact amount I paid but it was competitive with other chimney companies I saw online. When I called, they said it would probably be a week or two before they could come out, which was understandable. However, in just a couple days they called and said they could fit me in if I was available that day.
They showed up several minutes early which I really appreciated. They were pleasant and professional. The fireplace was quite dirty and they cleaned it thoroughly along with brushing the inside of the chimney. They also took a good look at the chimney to make sure I would be safe using it throughout the winter. I did not have much experience using this firepace. We have only been in the house about 18 months and I did not have a chance to use it last year. I asked a few questions and they were more than willing to answer them.
After the work, they cleaned up and I could not even tell they had been here. There was no mess. The next time I need my chimney cleaned, I will call them.

Very professional, prompt and courteous. I called them on a Tuesday to see if they could clean out the chimney sometime before the cold weather started thinking I might have to wait 2-3 weeks. They were in our home 3 days later, worked with my schedule to make the process easy, took only 45 min to an hour, left no mess and were very friendly. I would definitely use them again.

Called and left a message. Called back almost immediately. Asked for a quotation for a chimney sweep and he told me upfront that it would be $150. He also said that he could fit me in today if we wanted to. Since the price was reasonable and competitive with other people we contacted, we told him we'd do it. He said he would finish up the job he was on and come right after. He was here within an impressive 30 minutes. The owner, Mike, and son-in-law came and did the job. Mike was in the house, and his son-in-law (sorry, never asked his name) was outside on the roof. Mike was personable, and explained what they were doing. They were very clean (in what could have been a messy job), and covered up everything before beginning. When they were done, about an hour later, everything was clean. Did not try to upsell any services, told us that things looked good, and gave us some direction as to when we should clean again. We would definitely use their services again, and have already recommended to a friend.
