Did everything they said they would do. Easy to work with. Nothing was damaged. Getting the car on and off the truck was amazing. Nice job.

The team met us right on time at the storage facility and were professional in every way. They were packed up and ready to go in under three hours. They were extremely careful in how they handled the furniture and communicated with us every step of the way. At the delivery end they had three new movers and they again displayed a professional approach with careful handling of our things. They placed everything where we wanted it and asked if there was more they could do for us.

Very well. Communication from Merchants was excellent. Movers were friendly and professional and were careful to protect the new house when moving items in. Ncostot sure how to gauge cost and whether it was a good deal. Will say that I knew the price up front and from what I can tell, they did what they said they would do and did it in a quality manner.

They were local and we sort of knew the people that we were working with. They kept us informed and they came in under the bid a little bit as far as the weight the actual weight that was on the truck. We were in no hurry so it was like a piggy back load that was number of piece but it wasn't a whole move bringing stuff up to my sisters house to my house and they went first to my daughters house and came down here and brought me a few things. So they worked with us with a very specialize request and they worked with everything like that. The one problem we had is was my sister lives on a farm and the movers down there decided they couldn't get in her driveway and they decided they couldn't get the truck under there. So what they did was they hired a truck locally and went in there and got the stuff and then took it to their semi and charged us for that extra cost and we went back and forth on several phone calls about it because she's had other huge truck go in there for her animals and others and they didn't call her and asked her. They didn't communicate with anyone, they just made the decision and charged us. They ended up not being near as much money as I thought they were talking about but they did split that with us that extra money. That was the only thing I could say that we hadn't have some conversations back and forth but they were very nice and they said they talked to their supervisor type people and they figure out what to do and that's what they find they came with to split it and it didn't turned out to be huge amount. I still think that they should have called her and told her that they could get up there and she could have told them how others had been able to.

They were great. The same people that packed me up, unloaded me. They were very professional, clean and neat. They laid down renter's carpet to protect floor.

They were thorough and careful. They do fine art moving. They moved a lot of paintings and fine art for us. They moved it all successfully with no problems. We are going to have them do more work for us in the next month or two.

They really took their time, and none of our items were broken. They stayed in constant contact during the move as well.

From start to finish the move was flawless. They were friendly, efficient and everything was completed on schedule. I would use them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone considering an out of state move.

The best move I have ever had and I have moved 7 times in the last 15 years. These guys and girls are the ultimate professionals. They stay in contact and communicate even beyond expectations. Friendly, courteous, efficient and on time. Almost unheard of in the sleezy moving industry. I was very immpressed with the entire organization. I have found my movers for the future if I need one. I have had some horrible moving experiences in the past. This company was a breath of fresh air compared to other moving companies. They do what they say, they say what they do, honest and straight forward. Use them for your move. They will put your mind at ease and make a seamless move for you. I actually had a pleasant experience with a moving company. I will never use any other moving company. As good a it gets if you have to undertake moving your family. By the way they were very careful and did not damage anything.

They arrrived on time, from 8 am until 1 pm. They tagged everything, worked in synch, made sure everything was right before they left. The company called during the job to make sure things were going well and they made sure to follow up with me. They came recommended by a friend and I would use them again.

We have used them for about 5 o 6 times now and they are perfect. We don't have to worry about anything when they are moving us. They are that good. They get to know the family, they are receptive to the things that we would like to have done, they are always friendly and they are very professional. We can leave the house while they are there and just not worry about anything.

They were very good. They padded everything. Nothing was scratched or dented. They put an ID sticker on everything. They were on time. Nothing was lost.
