MC INTOSH CARPET CTR

I will be having more carpet work done, but I will not be using him. He was very helpful when we went into the center. He was very nice and he spent a lot of time with us. He took the time to work with us and help us evaluate our options. He was great in that respect. Then he found some scrap carpet to use in another area of the home. He only charged very little, which was a very nice gesture. The issue that we had had with him was when we had the hardwood installed. There was some storm and flooding in town and he had to cancel his appointment and reschedule it. He came and installed the hardwood over two days. When he installed one of the thresholds between the doorways, it was twisted. It was a bad piece of wood. He said he would call and have a new piece of shipped to him and come back and fix it. He never did that. We called him and he basically yelled at my wife over the phone. He never followed up after that conversation. It's been two years and the work has not been finished. The quality of the hardwood is great, but his quality of the people who did the work was not so much.
