BUYING A HOME IN WIND POINT, BUILT IN THE 1960'S, APROX. 2,500 SQUARE FEET. HIRED MAIN STREET FOR THE INSPECTION. MITCH WAS EXTREMELY DETAILED AND METICULOUS. HE SPENT MORE THAN 5 HOURS LOOKING INTO EVERY LITTLE SUSPICIOUS ELEMENT. HE SPOTTED MANY THINGS THE OWNER WAS TRYING TO COVER UP OR DIDN'T PROPERLY REPAIR; WATER DAMAGE, MOLD, AND FOUNDATION PROBLEMS. AT FIRST GLANCE THE HOUSE LOOKS FINE BUT MITCH TOOK THE TIME TO EXAMINE ANYTHING. HE SAVED US FROM BUYING A HOME THAT NEEDED MORE REPAIRS THAN WE COULD AFFORD. WE USED HIM AGAIN FOR A NEWER HOME AND HE WAS EQUALLY METICULOUS. HE GIVES A VERY DETAILED, EASY TO READ WRITTEN REPORT.
