They came out and totally inspected my old system and told me what was wrong. I was able to get a quote right away and they did what they could to keep my old system running for 2 days so I only had 2 days without air. They were extremely professional and helpful.

I now wonder if I even needed the new heater in the first place. when we had the old furnace only 10 yrs old cleaned and checked at the end of the 09-10 heating season the service man did not say there were any issues to watch for. 10-11 heating the heater would not starting up properly. saddly we called Lee's plumbing heating ac and electric. they said that we needed a whole new "TRANE" furnace!!!! I do not know how it could go from fine to terminal over the summer when it was not in use. TRANE"S are suppose to last a really long time. 10 yrs is not rally that long. After finding how unethical they were and the terrible service we received just one month after having them install this new furnace I have serious dopts at to rather we even needed a new furnace at all.

They were on time for work but, the quality of service was not good. They were very unprofessional, not very informative and did not provide correct information. It was really a very bad experience working with them and I would not use them again.
