Some electrical work to relocate some grounds and electrical receptacles had been completed in the basement.  The basement walls were cement block and previously had been coated with a mortar stucco to make them smooth, the conduit was not removed when the stucco was installed and not placed under the conduit. Therefore when the conduit and a couple of receptacles were removed, there was a void made in the wall that looked like a crack. 
The work was looked at and quoted the day after the contractor was called. He scheduled the work for a time convenient to me and within 2 days of the quote. 
The contractor and his crew showed up promptly on the scheduled work day.  The crew cleaned out the area where the conduit had previously been installed and widened the area and smoothed the cracked edges to ensure there was a good surface for the mortar to adhere to. The workmen completed the work with little or no problem. They cleaned up the area when they were completed. The project was about 4 hours in duration.

They did an exceptional work.  I was extremely pleased with them.  I paid them in 2 parts.  I first had the whole wall of my basement replaced in the spring or fall and then I had some work done on all the other 3 walls.  I only got 2 estimates and they were may be a little bit higher, but they had been recommended to me and I was very pleased.  The quality of work is very good.  They were very responsive.  They were extremely punctual.  I knew exactly when they were going to come and when to expect them and when the job was going to be done.  Their professionalism was very good.  I would use them again in the future if need be.          

Excellent, everything went according to the agreement. I called Eric to get a price after doing some research and getting references. He came the same day and had the quote ready the next. When I got the quote it had all the details as we discussed with no surprises. He said he would start the next Monday and the job should take two weeks. He did start and end on time even with a couple rain days. Quality of work and workers was excellent I would definitely use them again.
