While away on business, I ordered flowers for my wife. Never before have I been treated so poorly by a company both in product and service. They don't live up to their own guarantee or stand behind their work. The arrangement ordered looked like it had been thrown together without any care or skill. Their reaction to an unhappy customer: "We'll send someone over to pickup the flowers from your house.". How crude and insensitive, an obvious ploy to get me to drop my complaint and move on. If you wish to gamble as to whether your gift of flowers will be prepared well and by a professional florist, by all means use them. I am writting this, however, to steer business away and with any luck close down this business. **** DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS ***** *** NEGATIVE FIVE STARS ***
