Kevin was willing to listen to our suggestions and implemented them. He was very straightforward with any potential cost increases and decreases as we selected our finishes for the home. From an accounting standpoint, he did an excellent job and we had no issues ever in this regard. Having built a home previously, this was a remarkable improvement. Start to finish we were satisfied. The quality was outstanding.
Description of Work: Kevin Jones Builders constructed our new home on Eagle Lake, Dover, Wisconsin. The home was fully customized and took approximately one year to complete. We have now lived in the house for one year and had our one year punch list review with Kevin. The home we built was on an undeveloped lot, on a dirt road, and lakefront. The location presented some challenges which were dealt with efficiently. The entire process beginning with the bid process, construction, and the follow up one year later was an excellent experience. We would highly recommend Kevin Jones Builders to anyone looking to build a new or remodel and existing home.
