I would AVOID this storage facility at all costs. The units are ok, we were lucky to have one of the paved units (there are only a few) the rest are on not maintained gravel. The owners do not know how to keep track of payments. I was called twice and accused of not paying when I always pay two months in advance. I was threatened that they were going to sell all of my stuff. When I confronted them with the facts of payments, and yes I was upset, I was told that I shouldn't be upset and should just tell them that I paid. This after threatening messages from them. There are a million excuses why....having a lot of medical issues (told this one both times), other person handles books (which I learned was false), so many people that don't pay (really because I paid and was told I did not). It is not worth the little difference from a quality place that knows how to run a business. Avoid anything owned or run by John Longo!!!!
Description of Work: Provides storage units for rent in a variety of sizes, units are OK, owners are horrible at managing their business.
