The torsion spring broke on Sunday April 9th in the afternoon. I called Jim's Garage Door Service on Monday the 10th at 7am and at 12pm a technician showed up. He did not have the correct size spring, however he installed a clamp in order to make the door operational until the parts were available. He indicated that he will have to order the spring and recommended to replace the other one, which I agreed to do. The technician returned on April 13th as promised and installed the two springs. Very professional, courteous and friendly staff.

They came the same day, at the time they said they would. The service tech was very polite and he did a great job. Not only did he fix the springs, he ajdusted and oiled the opener. From the time it was installed it had made a loud noise when it was opened and closed. I had asked the contractor who built the garage and installed the door about it, but he said there wasn't anything wrong. Since it was adjusted and oiled it no longer makes that noise!
