We have shopped with JB for close to 20 years. Their service is exceptional and product quality is high. Over the years my husband has had a few pieces made custom for me and they have been wonderful. Additionally the ready made pieces that I have are awesome as well. JB requires periodic inspection of each piece in order for the warranty to continue. I have quite a bit of jewelry (to say the least) and therefore I am always asked to make an appointment for the cleaning and inspection. When ever I arrive for inspection, there's always one sales person who is dedicated to doing the inspection. Usually however they all end up jumping in to speed up the process. Unfortunately, I usually have a piece that needs to go out for service because I'm pretty tough on my jewelry. When this is necessary, the piece always comes back better than it went out. I do have this one ring that my husband gave to me 15+ years ago to celebrate our 10th anniversary. It's been in for repair quite a few times. About 5 years ago, 2 months before our 20th anniversary, Nicki, the store manager said that the ring was getting pretty shabby because of the numerous repairs and said that she wanted to get me a replacement. Wow! I thought that's pretty great. Unfortunately we found out that the ring is no longer part of the company's inventory. Uggh.. now what.? Well, Nicki had the corporate office contact the company which made the ring and asked them to make me a new one. I couldn't believe it. They were going to make this ring just for me. Amazing! Well the ring came back and Nicki wasn't happy with the center stone that the jeweler had used, she thought my original stone was much prettier. So she called me and told me she was going to have the center stones swapped out. Unless I wanted the ring back right away. No, I'd rather have it back when it looked it's best. About a week later, I got the ring back. It was as pretty as a new car!. Then not one week later I smacked the ring when shifting gears in my jeep and broke the stone. I was heartbroken. I called the store, told them what had happened and they said to bring it in so they could send it out for service. When I brought the ring in a few days later, Nicki brought out about 5 replacement stones. She had ordered them for us to look at and pick so that the ring had the best stone. I was totally taken by surprise that she would do that for me. We selected a stone and when the ring came back once again it was a pretty as a new car. This is only one story of the amazing service I have received from the staff at J B Robinson's over the years. I will NEVER shop anywhere else and neither will my kids or their friends! Keep it up! You guys are the Bomb-digity!
