Overall, the project went quite well. I dealt mainly with the owner, Jerry Sanchez. His communication was clear and prompt. The pricing was fair and better than the average of the various other quotes I received. It was apparent that Jerry intended for me to be completely satisfied with the results. His workmen were courteous. There were a few small areas that were missing texture, but Jerry assured me that they will gladly come back upon our request to finish any needed touch-ups as we near the completion of the home. I appreciated that Jerry was willing to provide guidance to me as the homeowner to ensure that I made the correct decisions and ended up with the expected results.
