H & R BLOCK TAX SVC

With this one I don't even know where to begin. If I could give my local H&R Block a grade lower than an 'F' I would. I had my 2016 taxes done there and they made a huge mistake on it. I had to submit an amendment immediately. They also did an amendment for my 2015 taxes and gave me the wrong address for the amendments to be sent in, which delayed both amendments and had me contacting the IRS several times trying to track them and follow up to  make sure they were processed correctly. I had to go through one employee, two supervisors, and more recently one of their EAs, all these people worked on my files and we're still not done cleaning up the mess. It's been months and I am still trying to get one document from H&R Block and it has been a sloppy, unprofessional mess trying to get this document. Some staff has been helpful in some ways, but other staff has been extremely unprofessional. I am shocked by their performance. There has been a question on the way I should file, and all the staff involved on my files are disagreeing, some saying it should be done this way, some saying it should be done that way, they are confused and contradicting each other. This has resulted in me going in to two of their office locations, at least on four different occasions, having at least 5 different employees touch my files, at one point I was told my file could not be located because one of the staff was driving around with it in his personal vehicle, (which was extremely concerning!) and the issue is still not resolved. I have had to miss several days of work to follow up and get this situation moving. I even ended up at my local IRS office, on my lunch break at work, crying, and one of the IRS employees felt bad for me and pulled me aside to help me as a result of H&R Block's nonsense. I am never using H&R Block again.
