As being the administrator, I had immediate concern for our residents. It was 4pm and to get anyone in the building to repair would have been an issue and at high cost. Bill made the Repair immediately without issue and without contact to residents. He really noted our need to ensure the safety of these residents and did it with out question. Hats off to Generotzky Heating for providing A+ service and being compassionate and caring to the needs of others during this pandemic.

Responsiveness. The reason I chose him to replace it is because I called him like a 10'clock at night as something happened to the furnace last winter when it was really cold and he came out right away to fix it.

It's been great and I used them for a while. It's where I go for my heating and I would certainly recommend them to my family members. I think he does good works, his places are good and he's quick. I like everything about him.

As it was not the cold the day I called him, I was willing to wait until the next day for service as I did not want to be charged evening charges. He arrived promptly within the 2 hr time schedule that he was supposed to arrive. He was very courteous and diagnosed the problem within 15 min and give me a thorough explanation of it which I appreciated. It was obvious that he was working in a manner so that I would not incur extra charges which I appreciated.

He usually gets here the same day as called to take care of what ever it is that needs service. We have 4 central air units and one low pressure steam boiler, and Bill can do it all with ease. I would highly recommend the Generotzky team for all of your heating and cooling needs.
