I am very pleased with the service. The cost is $125 for the diagnostic and $571 for the repair. The workers were fantastic! Very outgoing, very energetic, very talented.

Called to set up an appointment to have a recall fixed, then decided to have an alignment performed as well. Showed up for appointment, was greeted when I got out of my car, and they started working on car immediately. Dealership was clean, large waiting area with a tv, and wifi. There was a mini fridge with water and soda, as well as a coffee/hot chocolate machine, and popcorn, free of charge. Work was done in a timely manner. Purchased my car new there, will purchase my next vehicle there as well, and use for service.

The Frank Boucher service team did a great job! And they always do!  I wouldn't take my care anywhere else.

It is quite good. Great and superior overall. I have been comfortable with the service I received from them on a number of other issues. My only complaint is that in their parts department that was somewhat rectified. The majority are very professional, so overall quite good.

When the car my daughter was driving would not start, Brian in the Service Dept. said the dealership could look at the car that same day and  gave me info about a tow company I could use to get the vehicle to the  dealership.  Brian talked to my daughter before the end of the day and explained that they could not finish their testing that day and asked to keep the car overnight.  Inconvenient, but acceptable.   He called me the next day and said he thought he had found out the problem, but then told me about another major problem that they had found and asked me if I wanted him to proceed with making the repairs to the initial problem.  This was information I greatly appreciated getting.

Sales associate and Marketing manager were very helpful.  However, this dealership did not have any credit facilities immediately available (it took 24 hours) to finance the sale of a vehicle with over 100,000 miles.  We spent over 6 hours in the dealership, a substantial portion of which was waiting for the financing to be placed.  Also, this dealership slipped a $129 Service Charge into the loan paperwork without any notice or discussion and in spite of the dealership's acceptance of my purchase offer (that did not include any Service Charge).

On the other hand, the Finance Manager was very helpful in obtaining loan papers (including having a driver bring the paperwork to me in Sheboygan), and the sales associate (Bob Gulan) exceeded my expectations when he personally delivered the new (to her) car to my daughter, and took a picture of her with the new car and emailed the picture to me.

They kept me informed of everything that was going on. They stuck very close to the estimate. They are friendly, fast, and very good at what they do.
