Excellent job.  Removal of old A/C system and installation of new Carrier system took about 6 hours for one technician.  Clearly explained the programmable thermostat and answered all questions.  New system was tested without any problems.

Exceptionally well. Mr. Slaasted was able to identify the source of the problem and was able to repair it on the spot. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgable.

We called Andy first thing in the morning and he said he'd be over around 11am. He not only got here early, but started working the minute he got in the backyard. After about 45 min. he found the capacitor to be bad, which we assume happened from a recent electrical storm and he quickly left to get the exact part we needed and then replaced it. He told us exactly how much he thought it would be based on the info we gave him during the initial phone call and the bill was exactly right on.

We called Andy in the past (recommended by word of mouth through family and friends) and he was kind enough to solve our issue of the furnace constantly running because our filter needed to be changed and didn't bother to charge us that time. He let us know that fine particulate filters need replacing much more frequently than regular ones. We were so impressed with Andy that we knew to keep his number in case we ever needed his services again. SO glad we called him for the A/C unit. Andy is our go to guy for anything HVAC or A/C related from now on. You will not be disappointed!

After our 17 year-old A/C failed during a hot and steamy night in June of 2006, disappointment turned into outright shock when I learned that replacing the entire A/C would cost $3,486. My wife and I frantically contacted numerous air conditioner installers in the Racine and Southern Milwaukee area for estimates. They ranged from a low of $1,750 to $3,486. Andy Langenfeld offered the lowest bid at $1,750, and promised to perform a complete installation of a quality brand 2 1/2 ton system within 48 hours of our call. Andy arrived at our home with the brand new A/C system as promised. Before he began to work, he very carefully planned how to replace the existing system in order to prevent any damage. I was thankfully surprised as to how methodically and meticulously he undertook the task of replacing the old lines and the unit housing the coils. He answered all my questions with interest and welcome my presence as I watched him install the unit. He tested the A/C after install. A+
