it was terrible. First the tech didn't explain to me that the outside breaker could go bad sometimes and not turn back off once you turn it back on and off. And he made it sound as if it happens he would fix it.And he was kinda spacey and didn't seem to know certain things. Left mud footprints all on my white porch.. Then when it was time for the bill. He told me cause he turned the breaker off earlier tit. It broke and that he would fix it if i wanted to spend another $130 on top of my bill and that it dangerous and I shouldfix it now right away. He said they would send me a receipt in the mail which I never got. Then I called them up to inform them on the broke breaker that the technician said he'd handle and they said the can knock $40 off $130 of i want them to come back out and fix the breaker.

Our technician was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. We went ahead and signed up for their annual plan to service both the A/C and the furnace for the year, which is reflected in the cost I provided. Overall, they had the most competitive price for just doing the tune-up.

Our tech was Mack, he checked out the pump and it was working. He then noticed a hose had shrunk over the years and the water wasn't going into the tank. He replaced the hose and also checked the filter (which was filthy). He could have just replaced the pump and charged us. Very honest and saved us money by just replacing the hose. He was very friendly and explained everything he was doing each step of the way. My only complaint is he said he would email a copy of bill and haven't gotten one.

The office called back promptly and gave me an estimate based on my furnace model that turned out to be very accurate. The technician arrived 30 minutes before the appointed time and finished in a timely fashion. I had been told to expect an on-the-way text or call but that did not occur. He walked me through the work done, the warranty terms and he had a few suggestions for ongoing maintenance. All in all a very good experience and would hire again.

They were so responsive and attentive. Andrew our service tech was phenomenal. Brian our sales rep was so helpful and accommodating. The staff was very caring -even dropped off heaters for us.

It was a scheduled PM for the house furnace. The technician showed up right at 4pm, as promised. She did a very professional job. She explained in detail the inspection process and the adjustments she made to the equipment in order to have it ready for winter. Very friendly and courteous. The office staff is very nice as well.

Had a appointment scheduled for 11-12 p.m. Someone called in the morning and changed the time to 9:30 to 10:30. The work was performed by a apprentice and later checked by the senior service tech. When finished they told my husband what was owed and he wrote them a check for the amount of $253.24. After they left I asked my husband where is the receipt? So I emailed the company to tell them a receipt was not left and received this response from Carrie Yes, I send the receipts out. Sorry they didn’t explain that. Once they hand in the check (by the end of the day) to me, I’ll close out the job and email you a receipt. Well that was October 3 and today is October 11 and we have yet to receive a receipt. I don't like the idea of paying for items when I have no receipt to see what the charges are for. No I would not use them again. Not very professional.

They were very good. I had to do a lot of changes. They were easy to work with. They were better than the other two. They did very good work. If I had questions they came back and made changes and if I had any personal items, they came back and made the changes.

The free estimate was quick, complete and thorough. Likewise for the installation. We've used First Call before for servicing and continue to go back to them for their fair pricing and friendly and professional attitudes. Many times, when dealing with contractors, they make you feel like they're doing you a favor by showing up. With First Call you feel like a valued customer.

They changed it over to natural gas instead of oil. They came when they were supposed to. They must put some good quality stuff in there because I have never had a problem with it for the last 12 years. Those people were just great.

They are excellent. They give you an accurate quote. The guys that they send out here are very nice and very friendly. I've never had a problem after they have left. They put a new boiler in here and it runs like a charm.

Did a complete inspection and maintenance replaced normal wear and tear items. As new owner the service technician provided a complete explanation of the operation of the gas furnace and proper maintenance requirements to keep it running efficiently.

My furnace died. I looked on here and found these guys. Wow! Joel the service tech came out explained everything and what was wrong with the furnace at 5pm same day. I needed a new furnance so Brian came out that same night at 9pm and ran through all the options. NOT HIGH PRESSURE one bit. Extremely professional. Offer exceptional quality products (I did research online after Joel the tech left).
The very next morning at 7:30am Chris and Rich were here with the new furnace. I have had service companies fix things in the past but never to this level of professionalism. They explained everything they were doing did an amazing job. I would highly recommend this company. Stephanie in the office is also really worth mentioning as she made the process of scheduling super simple and ran the financing and returned my call promptly. Just an all around extrememly satisfied experience with this company. I will be using them in spring to install the AC unit as well.
Also, to note, I am not the type to really ever write reviews, but in case of First call, I felt their service quality was exceptional.
