Mike was the third plumber we had to our house with backup issues. We just bought, and finally closed on, a HUD foreclosure ... issues. We now know. But after two other plumbers came in and didn't listen to us, the job was not done. We had been taken for hundreds of dollars and they wanted more. The big scare came in when one told us our stack was backleaned and tried confusing us with his level and reasoning. We finally got a hold of Mike who came and snaked out the stack and drains in and out of the house until he hit roots. We have not had a problem since! He came right out too. He knew the situation and did not take it lightly. He was professional, fast, clean, honest, nice, and extremely fair about pricing too. Call him FIRST, not last. You'll save hundreds and your health!
