Marco was amazing. He was very detailed in his report and inspection. His evaluation of the home at minimum saved me $20,000 and at maximum, a lifetime of troubles. The house he inspected was a textbook case of "don't judge a book by its cover". It was gorgeous, but underneath all the beauty lied some very fundamental problems. Severe plumbing issues, electrical issues and a roof that was going to be a problem for the life of the home. Thanks Marco!
