They were prompt, they came when they said they'd be here. They started right away. They helped move some items from the area. They promised to reconnect the TV when they left and that everything would be the way it was before they got here. They were very fast, and knew what they were doing. They repaired a patch where our dogs had tore up some carpet, and they put another patch in the hallway. They took a contraption to pull the carpet tight. The other time we had carpet put in, another service provider did not do that and we have a huge line in our carpet. The job was done very well, they were courteous and professional. They put everything back the way it was before and helped me move all my furniture back. They started at 12 and were finished around 4. It is a wonderful job. I am very pleased with their work. They were real professionals. The sales person came to my home and really helped with picking out the padding and carpet. She brought the samples to our home and we were able to pick out the color and style right then and there. It took about a week to get our carpet in and they installed it the following week, but that was due to us having to cancel. We are going to use them again in the future.

Trudy at Century Floors, was so helpful. We tried looking at carpet at another store and they would not let us take samples home. Trudy helped us with our needs and offered us samples to take with us. Their prices were fair and their product is excellent. We would highly recommend, Trudy and Century Floors.

The staff was friendly. They were very flexible with scheduling.
