Castle Cleaning Systems

The technician arrived on time, and was very polite and professional. He moved several larger pieces of furniture and after cleaning the carpet, replaced the furniture on blocks so the carpet could dry. He spent approximately three hours in our home, and did a terrific job. He was able to removed a few stains, and made our carpets look wonderful.

We needed approximately 1575 sq. feet of office carpeting cleaned. Castle accommodated our tough schedule (we are busy with a lot of foot traffic 6 days a week) and came on a Saturday evening around 5:30pm. Unfortunately, their hoses malfunctioned and they had to come back the following day to finish the job. It was not a big deal and Jeff cleaned our conference room chairs at no additional charge due to the hassle.
The carpets were extremely dirty. Jeff and his crew was able to get them pretty clean, while being courteous and respectful in the process.
We will use them again, and have already booked an appointment for our tile & grout to be cleaned.

The provider was prompt, courteous and worked at a good pace. We were satisfied with all the service provided. The only thing I  was not 100% satisfied with was that some of the pet smell remained but we probably should have been more specific about where the smell was and perhaps there would have been an additional treatment provided. We were told that the cleaning alone would take care of it but it did not completely (although it did mostly).

Got rid of cat odor, brought colors back to life.  Was a bit late but called to let me know he was running late.
Polite young man, did a great job.
He gave us a phone estimate, but told us it could not be firm until he saw the house.  The bill was less than then the estimate!

The Castle Cleaning technican was incredibly through.  We've had Sears and Stanley Steamer in the past and they did not do as good of a job as the CC tech.  We were very impressed and will use them again.
The only snag was the time.  We learned that it was entered into the system wrong.  A confirmation call would have been nice the night before just to make sure everyone was on the same page.

Excellent - great customer service.  Got a stain out of the carpet I thought would never come out - I tried everyting and it looks like it never existed.  Great communication - asked for me to look at things to make sure I was happy before moving on to the next thing.  Excellent experience.  Additionally, I coordinated everything on-line - which is a HUGE timesaver for me.  Follow up from the on-line inquiry was very fast and all was done on-line. Staff was amazing (Dana and Jeff).

I contacted the company via phone and left a message. My call was returned within one business day. We discussed my needs and pricing. We then set up an appointment. The technician was on time and polite. He cleaned my sofa and all of the pillows in approximately one hour. The owner came in to inspect the work, take payment, and make sure I was satisfied before they left.

I searched  awhile to find a company that would only clean and buff wooden floors.  Others wanted me to strip and/or wax.
Three young workers came with washing and buffing and drying equipment.  I had removed everything from the room [required]. 
Before starting the work, I asked them to show me what stains 1) wouldn't disappear 2) would partially disappear or 3) would clean up.     I appreciated that information - there were no surprises.
They were careful and did not hit machines up against molding.  During the buffing I watched [down on my knees] and asked them to go over a few places and they were willing to do that. 
This was an experiment.  I liked the results and will have them clean and buff two other rooms in the future.

The workmen were polite.  Declined Scotchguard except on stairs due to cost of $20/room.  One room and spotted area were recleaned under the 7 day guarantee.

We had flooding on a Saturday night. We called them that night and they arrived on Sunday morning. They were concerned for our safety. They were also concerned for our circumstances, because we had a graduation party Sunday afternoon. They also came back to my house three time that week to check on my basement.
