Convinced that our wood floors needed a major facelift, we asked Roman for an estimate. After examining the floors, he told us that we COULD have the floors sanded, etc., but really, a good deep clean and application of a liquid refinishing would refresh them nicely. So we chose the latter (less expensive) option after Roman suggested that the few and quot;dingsand quot; we were concerned about could be touched up.
Our floors look wonderful - like new! Good friendly communication and expert knowledge were a real plus!

Roman took his time during the estimate process to talk with me, understand my wants, and explain my options. He and his crew were very punctual and detail oriented during the refinishing process. He prefers to use commercial grade products which are a little more expensive but the end product looks amazing and should outlast a standard oil finish by many years. (Time will tell but so far I am very impressed.)
