Dave and his assistant arrived on time, on the hottest day of the year thus far to install central air in our 70 year old home. They performed a meticulous install at a very fair price! They cleaned up all work areas nicely and provided us with instruction on the care and function of our unit. Dave also made suggestions on things I could do myself to improve the function of my HVAC mechanicals, which was very appreciated.

Originally began with air conditioning compressor running for three days nonstop. Vendor came to house, checked compressor and found burned out contactor, which was replaced. They then checked complete furnace and found water had seized the furnace blower motor. Blower motor was removed from furnace on 10/20, waited for 5 days for a response on progress--no return calls. Left between 15-18 messages for a call-back. Vendor returned call on 10/25; I arranged for service to return on 10/26 at 2:30 pm, which was confirmed by vendor. They showed up at 5:00 pm. Learned that replacement blower motor was not covered under factory warranty due to the water damage from condenser icing and thawing. Repair took approx. 45 minutes. Furnace is operating fine.
