Seemed okay while the moving was being done, though a little slow. Problem was I didn't notice scratches and a missing door handle on a bedside table until 6 days later--because I was so busy working, cleaning the old apartment, and doing some self-moving. When I called to complain, the owner got extremely defensive and irate and said I should have reported it within 24-48 hours, and refused to reimburse. I did not have a contract prior, a lesson well-learned. Also, I would not have even written this review if the owner had not gotten so irate and defensive with me.
