Lesavage Plumbing & Heating Inc

Several years ago we were told we needed to replace our quite old septic system. Asking around we were referred to Lesavage Plumbing & Heating, we signed a contract and they did the work. Then the system started clogging. I called several times and finally Chris came out and said we needed to clean a filter monthly, even though the man who tried to snake out the pipe said the problem was toward the cabin. So this year I cleaned the filter regularly. This fall, when we had house guests, the system totally clogged, and could not be snaked. I called Lesavage Plumbing & Heating at least 8 times on both published numbers, couldn’t get through, left voice mails, but they refused to return my calls. I then contacted Schmidt & Sons Plumbing, they diagnosed the problem and, as I was told earlier, where the old and new systems were connected the pipe had dropped down 4 inches. They corrected the problem caused by Lesavage’s incompetence. To summarize: Lesavage incorrectly installed the septic system, refused to stand by their work, made up a “solution” that did not work and refused to return phone calls.

Very eager at first then it was very hard to get him there to do any work. As the project went along he would not return calls or come finish the job. We ended up firing Chris LeSavage and hiring someone else to finish

Terrible, would not return phone calls, was snotty when he did. Very hard to get him there, finished myself! Would not have Chris plumb a outhouse.
