DURING THE BUSIEST TIME OF THE YEAR, WE NEEDED A LAST MINUTE SURVEY DONE. BRAD SAW TO IT THAT SOMEONE CAME OUT ON A SUNDAY IN A SNOWSTORM TO SURVEY OUR LOT WITH TWO DAYS NOTICE WHEN NO ONE ELSE COULD DO IT FOR AT LEAST TWO WEEKS.
