We have been using PPE for years and have been practically pest-free since they started service with us.  We have only two small incidents of pests inside the house since we started using them.  Both times I called and a my service agent was at my house the next day, problem solved.
Jesse is friendly and professional.  He answers all my questions and makes sure I understand all the services completed.

PPE understood our fears about poisoning any other animals or our pets, and put several discrete traps out. They also gave us advice on how to make our yard and house less appealing, and took a look at our neighbors home and garage too. Great work, very professional, definitely helped us calm down, and solved the problem. 

Everyone we've had come to our house has done a thorough job.  They always call ahead of time.  I would definitely recommend them.

They call you in advance. They send the same person everytime, so they know your facility. They are always available when you have troubles.

We had carpenter ants and they did two treatments. We were very pleased with their service.  The gentleman arrived on time and he gave us an estimate.  The estimate was accurate and he charged us what he said he would charge.  I have nothing to compare the estimate to.  He came when he said he would and he did two treatments and it got rid of the carpenter ants. I would definitely have them back.  Another thing that stuck with me was that when he gave me the estimate there was no pressure. Some places might try to get you to sign a contract or something but from him there was no pressure at all.    I don't have anything to compare their price to. In 47 years I have never had a pest control company so I don't have anything to compare it to at all. That was the only estimate we got and we liked the gentleman so we went with that.

I was very happy with them. They were perfect for what I needed. They have two locations but I don't know which location it was that they came from. I called the number that they had and I got a response. It was the son that I ended up having come here instead of the dad who also does the business. They were very courteous coming in to spray any area that I wanted sprayed the first time as well as the second time. They went to the basement and the upstairs and made sure that all the areas were covered. I also have a pet and he assured that once everything dried it was fine. My pet is still alive so I believe he is speaking the truth. He did a good job. He came in again on the second visit because I told him that we had some creepy crawlies coming out from the basement. That was primarily because of all the changes and the renovations in the house. He was cheaper than most others. Most pest control companies want to come all year. I had explained to them what I needed which was primarily more for spiders and bugs, but not so much during the winter time when I can set up my own traps for mice and so on. Most companies will try to talk you into taking their winter service as well and they don't even offer the opportunity that this particular pest control company offers which is you can take, which I did, the summer program in which they come in spring and they go throughout the summer into fall. Then they stop and they come back next year in the spring when everything comes out again. They come every two months and the price is affordable. That highlighted for me the whole experience of what I was looking for. With every other pest control company you have to take whatever plan they offer or else you don't get the discount. With this company you get a good price and you can be sure to take the bug time rather than the mouse time. I would use them again in the future.

Brian Paull and his son John were extremely helpful and professional. They went about their work with enthusiasm and an eye for detail. Their explanations were practical and delivered in a way that the average homeowner could understand. The follow up tour and take home report were invaluable.

PPE was one of the only pest control companies that replied to my phone call promptly. I spoke with someone who helped identify the insects and explain the nature of the infestation. They sent someone out the next day. My service technician sprayed inside the house first so that the chemicals would be dry before my preschooler came home at the risk of having to return to redo the outside because of impending rain. Because I bought a contract, he came back again two weeks later, thirty minutes after I called, at no charge to set bait for what he says is probably a chipmunk or squirrel coming in and out of my attic. He explained what he saw, what he thought the problem was, and why. Since PPE has come, the only millipedes I've seen are dead and the scurrying sounds were quieter and less after one night and seem to be gone the second night.
