I was not satisfied with their services at all. They had to come back twice, because they missed things all over the place. After the second time, I was satisfied with them. I was going to use them as my regular house cleaning service, but they came one more time and completely missed dressers and burrows of dust. You could write in the dust, it was that bad. I did not give them another chance. When they came the first time it was about 4 hours and they were very available. When I complained the first time, the owner was extremely apologetic and responded the next day by coming out and finishing the job correctly.
