Because I learned of this wonderful opportunity last summer, I did not bring my mat cutter home from the south this spring. Judy does wonderful work very reasonably. She has a nice selection of mats on hand and all the equipment she needs to cut mats, cut glass and frame prints, watercolors and oils. I think if you are willing to wait, she will also order the mat of your choice and has all the corners to select from. You can bring the parts you have, like maybe a frame, and she will supply the rest. This time she even did it while I waited. I got to admire her lovely flowers and see the birds off her sun room. She is a very special person and easy to work with. She lives on Lake Wisconsin just a half hour or from the west side of Madison.
