Antiques, Antique and Jewelry Appraisal
The reason that I have the two pieces with him is because I think he is really excellent. He was very good and very professional when I had hired him to do some rough estimates on some furniture I had. He had unbelievable prices; he wasn’t going to charge me hardly anything to do it and that is why I took the other pieces to him to sell on consignments. I knew his place of business before any of this, I had been into his antique store and I thought it is a beautiful and an outstanding place, and he has the best antiques. He was going to charge me $20 to appraise but I felt that it was worth more, so I paid him more and even with that, I felt that I got a good deal. He is very easy to talk to. I just wanted ballpark figures for the appraisal, I didn’t need it written out or anything and he was more than willing to do that. I would purchase antiques again from him.
