+ -1 moreStay away. There are better home builders out there that do what they say they will do. Most of what these people told me was a fabrication.
Description of Work: I bought a home package based on a sales pitch. The home was edelivered 60 days later than anticipated. The finish of the home was horrible, many pieces were missing or broken. The finish crew was uncooperative and unprofessional. They left several times during the install, and what they did accomplish was wrong. Some portions of the home were not up to state building code (back stabbed electrical outlets, too few plumbing vents, etc.). Finally, they guarantee service after the sale. A month later I am still waiting for my first service representative to show up to fix the nearly 20 items that are missing.
