First problem we had was lack of snowplowing during the winter. then in the spring when all the snow melted our unit had a couple inches of water in it. Ruined a matress and some cabinets. They did move us to a different unit that was dry. Then when we moved out of the unit they did not want to give our security deposit back even though i left our unit as clean as i got it in. They did not inform us that they were keeping our security deposit. My wife had to call them to see where it was. They told her that they drove around there sometime after we moved out and found a couch by the dumpster, that was there almost a week before i moved out and someone left a box of pots and pans outside across from our unit. This place has like 30-40 units, and because we moved out they said it was our stuff even though it was not. Be very careful dealing with these people and when you leave make them come out and pyhsically inspect the unit.
