Contacted the vendor to provide a well and septic inspection for selling our house.  Our real estate agent contacted the vendor several times to get a copy of the completed inspection and water test results.  We had informed the vendor that this was a time sensitive matter, but there seemed to be no sense of urgency when phone calls were not returned.  Didn't have problems with this vendor in the past, but not a good experience this time.

Very good, attention to detail and would hire again.  Even flushed out the prefilter and filter for the septic system.  We've had them out here on emergency after hours calls and they are always responsive and prompt. 

I had an extremely bad leak losing almost 15 gallons a day on my faucet in yard. Also a smaller leak under my sink as well as my sink handle. Two plumbers showed up right on time prepared to work. These guys were awesome, they fixed the first leak in all of about 60 seconds with a washer and a twist. The second leak on the sink they took the whole faucet apart and put new pieces back on and repaired in less than 5 minutes. The last one though was a real tricky one. This one I was most concerned about. They looked High and low to try to help save me money and fix my problem, crawled under the house in the crawl space twisted and turned but being that the house is 140 years old some things are almost extinct and impossible to fix without rebuild. Even though the project seemed unable to be fixed without the rebuild and tear down of a small wall to fix they kept trying and trying and finally they found a solution, which I must add was very cheap and much more economical than the other option.
All in all Super impressed with the due diligence of the workers. They do not give up which I thank them for, and they are not looking to take advantage of people and their money which I appreciate. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Awesome crew.

They wre very efficient, reasonably priced and did a good job. We haven't had any trouble since. Our next door beighbor recommended them.

They were very good. I did not find them on Angie's List. I tried the other people in the area and I was not satisfied. I decided to go with them because they could televise the lines and see if there was any damage or anything that the others didn't. They could also solve the frozen lines. I wanted to be set for the winter and wanted to make sure that I did not have any frozen lines. They were excellent. They did the job and they were friendly. They did not charge too much. I would always go with them if I have a major problem again.

We got off to a rough start because they came a day later. I had to call them to get them out there the day that I wanted. After that they came every week like they said they would to service it. There weren't any problems.

The drain in our basement overflowed. A friend who recently had their drain cleaned recommended this company. We called about 8:15 a.m. on the 28th, and they arrived by 9:00 A.M. the same day. Two men worked on our drain, found the drain was clogged with roots from our house out to the street. They removed them, cleaned up, we paid the bill, they left. Very friendly, courteous, efficient men. We will definitely use this Co. regularly to keep our drains clear.
