Stevlin's Hardware & Locksmith Service

It was outstanding, he did it without damaging anything.  He could of charged me a ton to get into the safe, but instead he helped me remember the combo and fiddled around with it. He was amazing.

It went very well. He explained everything and what was wrong with the lock. He explained it was a good German lock and would be expensive to fix. He was certainly very skilled with what he did. The responsiveness was great. I have no complaints at all. He was very friendly.

After a frustrating experience with a couple of other locksmiths, Steve (1/2 of the Stevlin team) arrived within hours of my call. The original deadbolt was 40 years old and a replacement could not be had at the local hardware stores. Thankfully, Stevlin's has a wonderful inventory for all parts necessary. He was very professional, worked quickly and was lovely to converse with. I'm well aware of the locksmith boiler room providers where the individual is not actually a locally-owned business. I was so pleased to be able to find Stevlin's and will absolutely use them over and over and over again in the future as well as recommend them highly.

I could not get the key to work in my front door. I called Stevlin's and was told that the repair man wasn't availble but would call as soon as he could. I spoke to Linda. She called back a couple of hours later and asked if I was available, if so the repairman could come right away. That was perfect for me. He arrived about 15 minutes later and fixed the lock. I'm sorry I can't remember his name, but he is one of the owners. He explained what had likely happened to the lock.
