When Shawn came over to give us a quote, he knew exactly what needed to be done. He started within a week with the tear out and in the process found mold under the 4 layers of tile that other owners kept tiling over. Had to peel up all the layers, use his hazmat suit & fumigate the entire shower & tub area. We feel he did an excellent job in a short amount of time. He only had 1 week to do this as this is our only bathroom in the house. Had to stay in a hotel for awhile, but it was definitely worth it. We finally have the bathroom back & no more leaking & a very happy with the quality of work he does.

Shawn was very responsive to my needs and provided a fair quote upon request. He performed the work when he said he would and his craftsmanship was excellent. The screen doors look great and I have no issues with them. His prices are fair and competitive and he his skilled at many trades. I highly recommend Shawn for handyman services.
