Jorgan did an excellent job of providing great ideas, listening to our needs, and providing a well designed solution. He worked with our town's building board, and worked closely with the contractor. He specializes in homes, and designed structurally outstanding plans. Because we had perfect plans to take to multiple contractors to estimate, we believe we saved more money than if we had used a design build firm. Upfront costs are higher, but if you are definitely moving forward, it is a great investment of money.
Description of Work: We have an older home that needed updating and an addition. They provided drawings for changes to the house.
